Preheated Combustion Air
Bay 2000C Fireplace Inserts and Woodstoves preheat incoming air before introduction to the firebox for maximum efficiency and minimum emissions.
Airwash System
Preheated air is channeled down and forms a shield across the Bay 2000C Fireplace Insert and Woodstove’s generous viewing area to prevent soot and creosote buildup and provide a clean, clear view of the fire.
Dual Catalytic Combustion System
Energy King's catalytic combustors ignite the smoke, carbon monoxide and particulates released from the fire. The added heat extracted by the combustors is then transferred into extra heat for your home rather than pollution in the environment. The catalytic combustors in the Bay 2000C Fireplace Insert & Woodstove are easy to remove for cleaning, and are supported by a durable stainless steel can.
Firebrick Lining
Complete firebrick lining maintains high internal temperatures for efficient, complete combustion.
Double Wall Steel Firebox
The Bay 2000C Fireplace Insert and Woodstove have a double wall steel firebox constructed of 1/4″ and 3/16″ steel for maximum heat retention and heat output.
Three Speed Blower
Thermostatically controlled three speed blower generates 230 cubic feet of heated air per minute. The fan is easily removed for cleaning.
Large Locking Ash Pan
Bay 2000C Fireplace Inserts and Woodstoves feature a removable ash pan for quick and easy clean up.
Easy Access Draft Control
The manual draft control is located on the front of the Bay 2000C Fireplace Insert & Woodstove for touch-sensitive control of the fire.
