THE ENERGYKING 365 WOOD FURNACE CAN EASILY HEAT FROM 900 SQUARE FEET TO ABOUT 2,000 SQUARE FEET

When considering a wood furnace certain factors including the square footage of your home, your home's age, design, and geographic location and climate may affect your actual heating needs. Another factor to consider is your furnace chimney's draft strength. It's important to choose a solid fuel heating furnace that is correctly sized for your home. An undersized wood furnace will need to be fired more often, while an oversized wood furnace will be less efficient and could contribute to dangerous creosote buildup.

Why Should You Choose An EnergyKing Furnace?

Wood Furnace Draft Options

Wood Furnace Draft Options

• Forced Draft: As your home or building cools, the wall thermostat activates the forced draft fan on the furnace, forcing air into the burn chamber aiding in better combustion. When your home reaches the desired temperature setting, the forced draft automaticaly turns off.

• Auto Draft Automatic Draft: When your home cools, the wall thermostat activates the automatic draft motor to open the draft damper, allowing your chimney’s natural draft to pull combustion air into the burn chamber. When your home reaches the desired temperature, the automatic draft motor closes the draft damper.

• Manual Draft: The Manual Draft system is controlled by adjusting the manual draft dial. By opening or closing the draft dial, you can manually control the amount of air entering the burn chamber of your Wood Furnace.
